A Mother’s Day letter she’ll frame.
Write your mom the letter you have been meaning to write. A real pen writes it on real paper, we seal and mail it. Order by early May. Shipping included.
Why your mom wants a letter more than flowers
Flowers are what everyone sends. A letter from her son, in an envelope, in handwriting, is what she will keep in the drawer with your baby pictures. You know this because you have seen the drawer. Mothers keep everything. Give her something worth keeping.
What to write to your mom
- One thing she did that you did not understand until you were older. This is the paragraph that gets her.
- One thing she still does that you notice and never say.
- A memory she thinks you forgot.
- Thank you, for one specific thing. Not "for everything."
Example

Questions
Should it be handwritten if she knows I type everything?
Yes. Tell her a real pen wrote it from what you typed. She will love that you went to the trouble.
Can I write to my grandmother too?
Yes. See the page for a letter to Grandma. Same idea, slower mail.
Can I send it to her at work?
Yes. Any US address. Put the company name on the first address line.
